To submit your story, send us an email with a summary of what happened to you. If the story happened to a friend or family member, speak with them first to make sure they are willing to be interviewed before contacting us.

We receive lots of submissions and may take a while to respond, but we read every single email.

The submission email address is in the ending credits and info of every episode.
